Abstract Cisadane watershed is one of the priority watersheds to be restored immediately. The River has potency cause floods in river’s border region due a reduction river width, depth, and land-use changes. This study aims analyze distribution flood inundation by employing HEC-RAS. Flood modeling using components steady flow water level profile component. permanent use 19 January 2022 discharge. Scenarios discharge was reported with return period 5, 10, 25, 50 100 years. Digital Elevation Model (DEM), discharge, boundary, land maps are included data used. results indicated that 30 districts were affected flood. extent annual predicted expand 24.41 hectares per year throughout each period. Teluk Naga, Sepatan Timur, Paku Haji, Neglasari Districts have broadest deepest probablility Tangerang Regency, total area 644,7 (permanent flow). depth will increase from 0.40 1.33 m as rises. located Lower watershed, most area.
